Our foundation (LSTF) is delighted to announce our annual Lawrence S. Ting scholarship recipients for the 2023 – 2024 academic year.

The Lawrence S. Ting (LST) Scholarships are annually awarded to students with financial difficulties, yet have achieved outstanding academic performance, along with extracurricular involvement and community services.

In 2023, 216 student candidates who came from 6 high schools (5 in the Central Region, 1 in the South Region) and 18 universities (3 in the North Region, 4 in the Central Region, 11 in the South Region) nationwide were interviewed for the LST scholarships.

In total, 190 outstanding students have been selected for 2023 – 2024 Lawrence S. Ting scholarship whose dedication to studies, social work and exceptional performance in extracurricular activities have represented embodiment of our vision for a better world through remarkable contributions to the community. Kindly see the list of scholarship recipients in the link below.

This scholarship program is one small way we hope to support the current and next generation in Vietnam. Hopefully, with that precious gift, recipients will become people of value; not only to yourself, your family but also to society, and later on, will spread this spirit to other generations.

Each year, the preliminary evaluation of student applications is conducted by the selected universities. Following that, the LSTF will perform another round of evaluation (which will include a document review and an interview) to decide the final list of scholarship awardees.
