Towards “Healthcare For Everyone” Day on December 12, last Saturday, December 10 was a day full of warmth for 200 people at Tam Lap ward, Phu Giao commune, Binh Duong province.
The warmth comes from lovely gifts, tonic bags and above all, from the enthusiasm of the volunteer medical team, and from the peace in mind of people with disadvantaged backgrounds in the locality. Along with valuable support from the Veterans Association of Cho Ray Hospital and CarePlus International Clinic System, the community of Tam Lap commune was medically examined and screened.

Doctors and nurses have consulted so that people can better monitor their health. Not only are they "packaged to take home" with nutritional and tonic gifts, but people there will know and understand more about their health conditions.

Happiness is doubled when the outreach service is combined with the Tet gift giving program of the Red Cross Society of Tam Lap commune, giving 200 gifts to 200 people in difficult circumstances.
