Developmental disorder
A condition where there is a reduction or loss of cognitive abilities, manifested in reasoning and thinking.
Some signs to recognize:
Difficulty in recognizing others and communicating
Slow or uncontrolled movements
Have doctor's diagnosis regarding delayed intellectual development
Children with cognitive disabilities should be detected early and provided with exercises to stimulate their senses through pictures, colorful images, along with encouragement and physical activities.

Visual impairment
This doesn't necessarily mean complete blindness as people might think. It refers to a condition where there is a reduction or loss of the ability to see and perceive light, colors, images, objects in normal conditions.
Some signs to recognize:
Blind or lack of one or both eyes
Cloudy or ulcerated cornea
Have doctor's diagnosis of decreased visual function
Some visually impaired individuals can still utilize their remaining vision or rely on assistive technologies such as backlighting devices, glasses, or virtual assistants to participate in daily activities such as reading, writing, traveling, and working.

Physical disabilities
A condition where there is a reduction or loss of movement function in the head, neck, legs, arms, or body, leading to limitations in mobility and movement.
Some signs to recognize:
Missing limb or unable to move limbs
Weakness, paralysis, muscle atrophy, limited mobility, deformities in the arms, legs, back, neck, hunched back
Conclusion from a provincial or higher-level medical facility regarding motor function impairment

Hearing impairment
A condition where there is a reduction or loss of hearing, speaking, or both hearing and speaking functions, resulting in difficulties in communication and exchanging information verbally with clear pronunciation and sentences.
Some signs to recognize:
Unable to produce sound, clear speech
Unable to hear
Have diagnosis from doctor regarding decreased hearing and speaking functions
Depending on the extent of hearing impairment, individuals with hearing loss may require various devices and support measures to suit their needs, such as hearing aids, cochlear implants, or surgery to continue their activities like others.
